I love a massage after I've been working at the computer all day. Working in the yard tends to get me loostened up, but that computer time really puts the curve in my back.

I recommend a good massage after a hard day pushing keyboard buttons.

But be sure to take a significant other or friend with you to drive. What's the use of a good massage if you get all tense driving back home?

Better yet, many massage therapists will bring their table to our home. Sure you have to have a clean room for them to set up in, but imagine rolling off the table, into a nice hot bath and then bed!

Now that's massage heaven!
